This books is about bullying in the 21st century. Although it relates to reasons of gang stalking - it addresses bullying for all people. And so, not necessarily gang stalking.

One of the things that is important to understand is - if a person chooses to bully others - and they stay in this mode of thinking for long enough - there is a chance they will gravitate towards others who also bully. I.e. gang behavior. Gang stalking is simply a large group of individuals who enjoy bullying and hurting others in hiding.
