Some Background About Directed Energy and Gang Stalking
About Directed Energy Weapons -
Albeit with the exception of a few weapons' enthusiasts and collectors...just about all of D.E.W. weapons in the private sector are used in mob or gang stalking campaigns. Surprise there because - what else would they be used for?
D.E. (directed energy) is an umbrella term covering technologies that produce a beam of concentrated EM (electromagnetic radiation) energy or atomic or subatomic particles.
Electromagnetic radiation is energy that travels at the speed of light and spreads out as it goes. It can be expressed in three ways:
Energy (Electron Volts)
Wavelength (Meters)
Frequency (Hertz).
FM – 88 to 108 MHz
AM – 549 to 1600 kHz
UHF – 300 Mhz to 3 GHz
The two basic types of D.E.W.s include lasers and microwaves. Microwaves and lasers are both part of the electromagnetic spectrum. They’re made of the same electromagnetic energy which consists of light and radio waves.
The concept of lasers, microwaves, and other types of D.E.W.s using the exact same energy field, but at different frequencies, will help clarify how a single weapon can be used to exploit different frequencies of energy to produce microwave, laser, and other effects. This feature makes them rheostatic (scalable or tunable).
Microwave weapons consist of basically two major technologies. First, are the millimeter wave devices which can be focused on a target at great distances and produce a burning sensation. An example of this is the Active Denial System (ADS).
The Second is the electromagnetic bomb (e-bomb), which can destroy electronic circuitry, communications networks, and harm organic matter at a distance, with a non-nuclear electromagnetic explosion (pulse).
Lasers consist of two basic groups. Low-energy lasers which can be used to disrupt vision, and high-powered lasers which can be used on people and material. So, both lasers and HPMs (high power microwaves) can be used for counter personnel as well as counter material purposes.
D.E.W.s are subject to diffraction, which is basically the reduction of focused power caused by the dispersal of their energy in the atmosphere. The shorter the wavelength, the less diffraction that occurs.
Laser wavelengths are about 10,000 times smaller than microwaves. Therefore, they are more suitable for accuracy at long distances, because they diffract 10,000 times less. Diffraction can be used to the advantage of the operator. For instance, if a large area is needed to be irradiated, high-powered microwaves could accomplish this, such as the e-bomb.
Here is a list of actual smaller scale targeting methods and weapons, how the weapons are administered and several phases of gang stalking in which these mostly occur.
1. Eavesdropping equipment and listening devices and movement surveillance.
Microphones - and motion detectors. And Cameras. Also observing with one's eyes. This is considered phase 1 - surveillance in gang stalking - the target is followed, listened to, photographed, filmed - tracked, gps'd..and... just pretty much just picked on and at. And ganged up on as the term gang stalking - implies. Anything that gives the stalker information is also done in this time frame. Like accessing the electrical current or activity in the mind of a target for future use and attacks.
As far as movement surveillance - like a relay system of reporters - as a targeted Individual physically passes one stalker (or what is known as a community based agent) or check point or location in their attempt to live their own life - that CBA (community based agent) is usually present or passing by and relaying information back by cell phone (either by a call or in most cases, text messaging) to a main hub or headquarters or to the next person in the relay by the trailing or tailing agents - and so on...always keeping the targeted individual in a line of sight.
Do keep in mind that people do take walks and they do drive cars...and they live their lives outside our own paranoia about our current situation - however, if you see the same person in the exact same spot each day - probably not coincidental. More likely a correlation of activity and events.
Anyway, it is during this relay of information - as the target leaves the home - it could be for hours - that a locksmith can or will illegally enter the target's home - changes can be done inside - food can be tampered with; clothes can be ripped and destroyed...and many other things can either go missing or be out of place. All of this is usually completed before the target gets back home.
Keep in mind that the stalking campaign will most likely not do something that is threatening because life altering occurrences can be traced back to a human cause.
If a locksmith is used - he will have a key to your house - this way there are no broken windows to explain. No real damage. And it is all deniable or unproven. Stalkers or gang stalking campaigns employ locksmiths who are able to provide keys of the targets home.
Incidentally - The relay of information about the target between gang members on the target's return home is done in the same exact manner as leaving the home.
This is so that if someone has entered your home or new changes have been added - the workman or craftsman can get out of the way ....out the door ---in a timely manner without being discovered. And you will be none the wiser.
This relay network of community-based agents will report to the target base -most likely next door or nearby to your home or workplace - as you pass their checkpoint. Depending on the level of stalking and how long you have been stalked will determine how elaborate this network of communication or telecommunication is.
Again, during surveillance and the following (TRACKING) and harassment of a T.I. - heat or electrical fields of the target's mind and body are usually measured through walls or roof lines of your home or workplace. The term for the heat sensing is called bio sensing or thermal imaging. This electrical activity of the mind will be used to locate you and will be the reason you are able to hear sound and voices via electronic harassment and directed energy assaults.
Today - this electrical activity - is very precise, and it is how you are seen through a wall or roofline. All of this is done to have a baseline on a target who is the subject of stalking - so that they will always be located, and this measuring of the heat and electrical systems of the body - is normally done in the first 3 - 6 months of the stalking. Although it can occur at any point in time.
This is also so you can be tracked throughout the interior of your house at all times. And noteworthy, if a satellite is used at some point in time - a person would not be out of the line of sight in the gang stalking campaign.
License plate info is given out to all agents or community gang members - as well as the possibility that a tracking device might be placed on your vehicle - when you are out and about. This is done by either getting into your car without your permission or placing the tracking device underneath the vehicle.
Please, keep in mind that satellite and aircraft use is very expensive and would only be used to help in attacks or follow or locate an individual. Or if gang stalkers run up against a particularly resistant target. Like myself.
Then they bring in the big boys. Now I have since changed my mind on this - there seems to be an unlimited amount of money afforded to this level of security in the world. Is it coming from our own country? Is it coming from our own leaders? Is it coming from another source in the world that wants to see our own freedoms fail? I have read that the budget for security is roughly in the 4 billion dollar range in the U.S. alone. (by the way - money will eventually run out...fuel to power planes will be gone and so much more).
Motion detectors are also used at this point in...the surveillance level of your stalking - The motion detectors are sent into your location or home the same way directed energy weapons or microphones are and can be lined up with places you normally stand or sit or walk past -where you use the toilet and where you stand naked in a tub - motion detectors are also lined up with the doors that exit your home. I.e. front or back door. And lined up on all door frames so that as you enter and exit a room - your activity can be tracked. This lets a gang stalker know your are on the move.
When you open the door to go out or come back in - a motion detector, somewhere in place or on the frame of a door - picks up the action and at this point - it triggers an additional action by stalkers - You will either see human response in the way of crossing paths with your perps in front of your house or one of their helpers (agents) will just happen to stroll by ....or you will hear overhead aircraft begin within minutes of your stepping foot outside the door.
Most stalking is done according to the target's routine. And the events choreographed with the target movement are a series of tactics and teardowns done by the stalkers to bring the target to failure and despair. These tactics and events fall under the title Gaslighting.
Here is an example. For movement - for example, if you are driving down the street - those involved in organized stalking - the stalkers - set up vehicle awareness and interception and a vehicle will either be sitting in place facing your direction as you pass (there will always be someone sitting in the vehicle doing nothing but being backed into a drive or parking space)...a different scenario, the same vehicle will pass you at an exact spot each day.
On foot, these agents for stalking - are always carrying cell phones and quickly text as you pass by. Most of the time - it is the same people. If you find them out - they quickly get replaced. And seriously, they are supposed to look inconspicuous - however, when they full out stare and turn full around as you pass them - they pretty much give themselves away.
Electronic Sabotage/Interference (Jamming) - normally follows or goes along with the beginning of mob stalking but can occur throughout the whole campaign.
Electronic sabotage or interference is any sabotage that is intentionally configuring or reconfiguring the target's personal property to either be destroyed or malfunction. Any intentional interference such as electronic noise generators, sound generators, light generators, spark gap disrupters, or any other form of EMI (electromagnetic interference) which either destroys, disrupts, causes malfunction or loss of resources is deemed to be electronic harassment.
At this point in time -- a refrigerator, stove, washer or dryer or dishwasher or even stereo equipment can be rendered useless and unusable. Even wall clocks which are in the path of the energy. If an outlet is discovered - it can be pummeled with microwaves and EMFs and lasers to render them useless or unusable in the home. Usually, high powered microwaves or lasers are directed at the object(s) and burn it or them out. If you own smart appliances - this is worse because of computer hacking. And sabotage of internal workings of the item.
Also added to this phase of electronic sabotage or interference would be - phone hacking - e-mail hacking and hi-jacking (sending your email elsewhere), computer hacking - bank account hacking - social media stalking and hacking - the list goes on. And even stealing your identity or erasing your identity. Guard your information like a vault! Purchase Identity protection or set up monitoring with the Credit Bureau.
Let's talk about another area of gaslighting -
Brighting
also occurs at this time. This is the use of bright lights to disorient and upset a target.
Brighting is used in Gang Stalking as a form of Torture or Threat

1. Mobile Brighting

a. This involves a vehicle parked on the roadside with headlights on - facing the subject as he/she walks or drives by.

b. A parked vehicle with headlights on in front of the subject's house that drives away when the subject looks out the window.

c. An oncoming car with High Beams on in a location where they should not be used and are not dimmed!!

The above two overt tactics are done initially to sensitize the subject.

Then the brighting may continue by one or more vehicles parked in a store parking lot with headlights on as subject drives by or vehicles parked in their own driveways with their headlights on as the subject drives by.

These tactics are then done many, many times thereafter to torture and threaten the subject as he/she drives by.

c. Turning on High beams in normal driving conditions where they should not be used!!

Stationary
-
This involves shining bright lights on the subject from cars or a neighbors residence through the subject's window. Sometimes a handheld spotlight is used.
When walking or driving down the road, on the other side is a car or truck parked with Headlights ON. As soon as you see this vehicle, it drives off. This is a threat by stalkers for you to not go where you are going, which may be your workplace.
This is done very overtly at first to assure it is directed at the victim. This sensitizes the victim to look for cars parked with headlights on. Subsequent brightings ...the vehicle may not drive off. The vehicle may be also be in a parking lot or residential driveway with the Headlights on and may or may not have someone in it! Seriously though - it is just a headlight or light - how scared are you going to allow yourself to be with this idea?
Directed Harmful High Energy Devices - this is a more advanced stage of the gang stalking campaign.
This is the most dangerous form of electronic harassment. . For example, Microwave ovens can be modified to focus and direct up to 1200 watts or more, depending on the model, of microwave energy at a person or property and are easy to produce. The results of an attack by a high energy device such as this - can be lethal, it can kill or at the least disable a human being or animals.
Attacks from high energy microwave weapons leave blisters, cause internal bruising and/or bleeding, stimulate cancer, cause cataracts, encourage tumors to grow, generate boils, or leave red patches on the skin. All things that could be deemed natural causes and unprovable.
Directed Harmful High Energy Weapons will have effective ranges from the point of contact to several hundred yards. Directed Harmful High Energy Weapons can also be used to destroy electronic devices and cause severe interference in computers and alarm systems which can allow forced entry or destruction of vital data. This would coincide with electronic sabotage.
Radar guns are available from surplus stores most anywhere and can be obtained from ex-military sources or even police departments. Radar gun power outputs range from a two or three watts to 3 Megawatts! Portable radar guns range in size from small handheld devices to vehicle mounted long range high power models. For the sake of actual weapons used by a gang stalker - we will only consider the handheld or smaller weapon. Unless the military is involved in your attacks somehow. Then this changes things greatly.
Radar guns emit long or short pulses of high energy capable of causing instant damage or death to live creatures. Semiconductor destruction or malfunction, brain damage & stopping vehicles are other uses for these devices.
Other forms of directed harmful high energy include devices such as

ion beam guns or particle beam weapon,
A particle-beam weapon uses a high-energy beam of atomic or subatomic particles to damage the target by disrupting its atomic and/or molecular structure. A particle-beam weapon is a type of directed-energy weapon, which directs energy in a particular and focused direction using particles with miniscule mass
plasma pulse guns,
soliton bombs, and many more devices.
Directional Microwave EMP Rifle.
Such a device could possibly cause semiconductors to burn out, microprocessors to malfunction, inductors to counter induce and create CEMF - Counter-electromotive force (counter EMF, CEMF), also known as back electromotive force (back EMF), is the electromotive force or " voltage " that opposes the change in current which induced it., induce RF noise, cause ionization of air or gases, cause junction rectification and erase computer data on hard drives, disk and solid state device.
Voice/Data/Image induction
This form of electronic harassment causes an individual to think they are losing their mind or that they have a mental illness. There are 3 known methods of imposing (voice data imaging) VDI induction.
Microwave Carrier ULF-UHF Induction Method. This method utilizes a modulated microwave signal with either an audio, video, or other form of signal or even data may be used. The microwave energy with the VDI (Voice/Data/Image) carrier signal is then directed to the target area or individual. The reaction to this modulated microwave energy from one individual to another will usually be slightly different making it very difficult to diagnose as electronic harassment.
Your electrical fields of your body, or pictures or video of them rather, and/or heat field sensory information - are stored in some type of campaign data base - in a security agency - inside a government Gang Stalking computer system.
Once the agents have all your vital information - it is readily passed onto other gang members so that if a plane or drone or satellite has this information on you - you would or could be monitored or attacked from the air. And therefore - no escaping your perps.
What actually happens with this heat field and bio-sensing scenario...when the energy is directed in at us via radio frequencies or microwave frequencies - it will connect with the resonating field of the brain (sort of like a puzzle piece locking with another puzzle piece and intertwines with it).
So, the two connecting fields - the broadband or radio frequency being used and the receiving field in the brain, form a superhighway for signal and energy path transfer. This is how information is sent to the brain and how information from the brain is perceived and found by your stalkers.
This is when v2K and telepathy and other mind influencing energy is sent in. And to the unsuspecting person, this is when the energy being used...does the most damage.\
So, if you feel words enter your head...or you feel your arm lift up off of the surface of a bed and then slam back down - if you have strange dreams and you dream often of your gang stalker (if you happen to know who it is) - all of these things - would be optimal results for the gang stalker.
Allan H. Frey was the first American to publish on the microwave auditory effect (MAE). Frey's "Human auditory system response to modulated electromagnetic energy" appeared in the Journal of Applied Physiology in 1961. In his experiments, the subjects were discovered to be able to hear appropriately pulsed microwave radiation, from a distance of a few inches to hundreds of feet from the transmitter.
In Frey's tests, a repetition rate of 50 Hz was used, with pulse width between 10–70 microseconds. The perceived loudness was found to be linked to the peak power density, instead of average power density. At 1.245 GHz, the peak power density for perception was below 80 mW/cm2. According to Frey, the induced sounds were described as "a buzz, clicking, hiss, or knocking, depending on several transmitter parameters, i.e., pulse width and pulse-repetition rate".
By changing transmitter parameters, Frey was able to induce the "perception of severe buffeting of the head, without such apparent vestibular symptoms as dizziness or nausea". Other transmitter parameters induced a pins and needles sensation.
This would be described as demodulation or the Pfffffft sound heard in electronic harassment.
Frey experimented with nerve-deaf subjects and speculated that the human detecting mechanism was in the cochlea, but at the time of the experiment the results were inconclusive due to factors such as tinnitus.
The microwave auditory effect, also known as the microwave hearing efect or the Frey effect, consists of the human perception of audible clicks, or even speech, induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. The communications are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device.
Once you receive these stimulations or dreams or sensations - you will know. Please try to separate these things from your own thinking. They are not what you normally dream of -- or hear and they are not typical of your own internal voice or thoughts. Take them for what they are...pay close attention to them and then toss them away and ignore them. Share them with a buddy if y0u want. Or write them down for later. But don't let any of these dreams or thoughts eat at you.
The important thing in all of this is to keep an open mind...not to panic and always hope for a positive outcome - making a positive outcome out of what I consider a living hell in being gang stalked.
Cover up and protect - And cover up your electrical box, and meter outside (use silver or copper)- also cover up where your electricity travels in the wall. Do keep in mind that the electric company does have to have access to your smart meter. Just place a barrier in front of the meter - between you and the source of the attacks!
A microwave carrier ULF-UHF induction device can be placed at a targets location and operated and monitored remotely. Transmission locations can be concealed in the same ways that cell telephone transmission sites so that they cannot be identified easily.
Magnetic Pulse Induction Method (MPI).
The neurons within the nerves and human brain are very sensitive to magnetic fields. The MPI method uses an induction coil to induce a low to medium magnetic field in and around the brain causing the neurons to misroute, slow down or revert. This form of electronic VDI harassment is often diagnosed as EMI (electromagnetic interference) sensitivity, which is similar to someone getting headaches from prolonged usage of cellular phones or nausea from being around power.
Radiation
Radiation is a very common form of harassment. A potential harasser can easily buy an old x-ray gun from a surplus dealer and with only slight modifications use it to bombard a target with deadly amounts of x-ray radiation. Radiation devices can be battery powered or use cable and can be used for long periods of time.
High exposure to x-ray radiation will cause tumors, brain disorders, mental illness, tremors, headaches, cataracts, seizures or even death. Radiation harassment is usually done over long periods of time, ranging from days to years, in order to induce harm. Radiation harassers can also get various radioactive materials such as thorium nitrate, plutonium oxide, uranium nitrate, and uranyl nitrite. By Using radioactive materials, a harasser can cause a target - a terrible and agonizing death.
Implants
Implants are without a doubt the most invasive form of harassment. Electronic implants consist of transmitters, ESF generators, micro-neurophonic transceivers, tracking devices and other micro sized devices designed to cause harassment by tracking or controlling movement and thought.
The most common implant was designed many years ago and is still used to this day. It consists of a unit that is powered by bodily fluids and is capable of transmitting voice signals, high voltage pulses, emitting a small tracking beacon signal, or other unspecified uses (mind control).
Laser Harassment Devices
The use of simple, easy to procure lasers to harass or "Dazzle" a subject is becoming more prevalent. Subjects of this type of harassment have reported seeing "little red dots" on their curtains, through their windows or on themselves. There have been numerous reports of people being momentarily blinded by red lights (red lasers) while they were driving in their cars. Some of these incidents have resulted in traffic accidents, although no permanent blindness has yet to be reported as a result of being "spotted".

Sigint - (Signals Intelligence) Another area of weapons capability is Satellite space weaponry. In other words - using satellites to surveil and deliver signals. For the targeted individual - this means that a satellite could conceivably track and harass by means of electromagnetic pulses and lasers and there would be nowhere to hide.
You have to realize - for the gang stalkers - there are no limits in their hunt. So, there should be no limits to your solutions.
Note - One or many weapons can be used on you at the same time -
Now, let's talk about why someone would be targeted on a much smaller scale with smaller versions of these types of directed energy weapons:
The people getting targeted for the most part in gang stalking or mob stalking - seem to be (both single and married) women, loners, creative people, intelligent people, minorities, outspoken individuals, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who have arrest records, people who have gone against large corporations, etc. People with strong opinions.
The inventors. The artist. The creative thinker. The activist. The 21st century crusader. And, yes, oftentimes - The LEADER. People who follow - are not a threat. But this does not mean they are free from gang stalking. And I want to now add - people who have had UFO encounters or experiences. This is a new finding.
And as it turns out - the sheep or followers in the world - want control over those who don't need to follow. Someone who has made bad choices or just someone who is alone and vulnerable.
In other words - people who make the gang stalker(s) uncomfortable are on this list (and yes, here is another one - jealousy is something that makes an insecure person uncomfortable) ... Gang stalkers are insecure despite the bravado they seem to possess in a group scenario.
Like any Gang - they are stronger in number.

Mostly targeted... are people who don't go along with others......who disagree with things they don't believe in. Or maybe the person being targeted is just annoying.
At this point in my page, I am going to add Homeless People to this list - because many people feel annoyed that they exist at all. Additionally, homeless people are out in the open...uncovered...with no protection ...and they are not noticed by the mainstream - they do not have family or at least family who they check in with - and they are all vulnerable to whatever experiments, if any, someone wants to do on them... If they vanish from site - no one sees it. And this is very sad.
So, I pose the following questions because they seem relevant to why someone would be mob stalked. You do not have to answer the questions - they are only here to make you think...
Are we not allowed to have freedom of thought or freedom of speech without fear of reprisal or punishment? Are we not allowed to be loners and be alone. If we are not politically correct - should we be driven to extinction and made to disappear?
It would seem - the issue of mob stalking is the ability to control and shut down a person who has possibly something important to say. Or, on the other hand, they act in a way that is not acceptable by the masses of society. And often, targets - They get added to a ficticious watch list for being outspoken or different.
Should this be acceptable? NO. And the fight for the Targeted Individual is to keep living and hoping and having faith - regardless of the dangerous mindset of the Mob Stalker or organization that wishes to control them.
A few more questions to think about -
Are those who are free thinkers - in fact, dissidents?
And will those who lead or stand alone - be destroyed so that only the followers or those who join the pack of gang stalking wolves - the so-called team player ...remain? If you do not go along - should you be destroyed?
Should the masses or mob mentality be in charge of our freedoms? Is this our future? Is this our government? And is this not the true thinking of socialism or communism?
You decide...but they are all valid questions and points - that should not be taken lightly.

As far as the actual directed energy weapons being used in electronic harassment and Gang Stalking Campaigns
They are obviously - not giant sized weapons you see in print on the internet that are meant for wars between countries. In comparison, the directed energy weapons used on this small-scale attack have a range of about 100 - 300 feet.
Since you don't see Directed Energy Weapons being sold on Amazon or in some type of electronics store, we can only guess or assume that they are most likely created by techie and engineer minded folks who know how to scale large nasty weapons into nasty small sized ones.
The people using D.E.W.s figured out how to be Dr. Evil - control the world on a smaller scale in a group mentality and mobbing and get away with it.
I did my research and found that Mob Stalking cases started years and years ago - but electronic harassment started in about the latter part of the 1990s - very few documented cases actually - most of the advanced activity became heavier after 2014 - but more so in 2016 and afterwards ... when weapons were more finely tuned, became more accessible to the public and became a bigger danger in the game of mob stalking.
It is important to note that these small D.E. weapons can do anything the larger weapons do. Just on a much smaller scale. Mostly they are all the size of a handheld device. Like a cell phone. Or possibly something slightly larger...like a breadbox.
The goal is to hide these weapons so that they are not noticed...but in close proximity to the target and to the target's home. Or even work site. Hidden from neighbors. Hidden from co-workers. Hidden from the world. The smaller the weapon - the harder it is to be seen or found.
These small devices are very easy to set up in someone's home, in a home nearby and they are powerful enough to send signals through the roof or walls of a neighbor's house or even a business.
As far as D.E.W.s...the damage they do to a human, even on a small scale is severe.
Directed energy weapons emit microwaves that, again, can burn and cook skin and internal organs; they send directed electrical charges and signals and frequencies that can...redirect circuitry in the brain...and break down brain tissue and organ tissue and destroy it. These weapons can also encourage cancer growth and cause heart attacks and stroke.
I know from personal experience that these weapon's attacks...start out weaker in the beginning and then progressively get stronger as the gang stalker is met with resistance from his or her targeted individual.
If the stalkers can't get it done one way - they will attempt to get it done in another. They will even bring in other gang stalkers to assist or live with them in their house...to ensure the attacks are continuous.
That information was not to frighten you...just to let you know that it is important while we can to protect ourselves. On this website you will find additional information on how to block and cover up.
Let's look at what directed energy can do to the brain.
When the brain is bombarded with electromagnetic frequencies and radiation...the tissue of the brain is weakened and worn down and...one of the things that can occur - is that the tissue becomes saturated with signals...at some point without the proper cover up - the brain opens up to a more pronounced level of hearing through this damaged brain tissue called microwave hearing.
Remember, I have already covered early on in this section about how frequencies connect to frequencies in the mind.
Once the brain is opened up to this type of hearing - when directed energy is used to throw sound...like clanging bells...an evil voice...the person's own voice - such as in V2K or voice to skull commands...
The result can cause a person to believe they are hearing voices and that the voices are internal. Since other messages are also pushed your way, the negative impact of living your life will be felt. Because a person who has taken in gang stalking messages soon believe that what they are hearing or feeling is Something that is happening in their own minds.
In a situation like this, a person could feel absolutely helpless... and believe that they are no longer normal. That is...if they are not aware of what is going on. If they are aware - this helps matters greatly.
In reality - the idea of the voices and sounds or dreams are being implanted or thrown by the harasser. Again, learn to ignore them or cover your ears a little more and your head as best you can and don't listen.
V2K (voice to skull) is also a part of what is considered mind control and the same system was used by the Nazis in Germany during WWII. And also, during the Cold War.
Damaged tissue in the brain can also lead to strokes, dementia or brain damage and be irreversible.
At the least, this torment and level of harassment can be difficult to live with over months to years and at worst - can ruin a person's life in many different ways. Directed energy - used to target an individual in his home - or workplace - is designed to wear a person down. To cause financial destitution. And it is used to torment and also brain wash a person. It is designed to injure and kill. It is designed to make a person lose hope...friends...and their life.
And for the person going through this assault - there is nowhere to run and pretty much nowhere to hide. Correction on this - there is - but you really have to be determined to block gang stalking efforts - even if garners only a few minutes of peace and quiet.
In my opinion...in order to survive - a targeted individual will probably have to be a solution solver and outthink the person tormenting or attempting to torment - him or her. They need to be aware and alert. They will need to be covert in their quest to survive. Spy versus spy. Spy versus Counterspy. Quiet and stealthy!!!
A targeted individual absolutely needs to be flexible to the change. From my own experience, outthinking the perpetrator, is very hard to do at times because the expense involved in buying protection can be astronomical. But you have to invest in the right things. Your life is the right thing. And being smart and aware and covering yourself is extremely important in surviving the attacks.

As far as the credibility of the existence of gang stalking - if we look at history - humans have been used as guinea pigs, experimental rats for centuries. In fact, entire races of people have been tortured, eradicated and removed.
So, why wouldn't electronic harassment exist? And experimentation of unwilling modern day humans? Why not some bullying along the lines of technology?
Remember - abstract thinking and an open mind.
We think nothing about how technology works as long as we get to play with it.
We humans are like that - out of site - out of mind. Our perception is this - if we don't see it - the danger does not exist. That is - until it does.
By the way - don't you believe what other people say about you. Ever!!! Be true to your heart and your common sense. Being labeled mentally ill can make it more lonely for the person being stalked or harassed. Because they have no place to go and no one to turn to. They are alone and vulnerable. Or they can be...
On the plus side - knowledge is everything in survival. Both in what you search for and in what you know in your heart!!! Being alone is sometimes a very good thing!!! If the world thinks you are mentally ill - who gives a damn! Use your time alone to make a difference.
For the most part, loners use their brains. They are thinkers. Their intelligence gives them an advantage in survival. And oftentimes they are much smarter than gang stalkers. The gang member's strength lies in the number of people The Target's strength lies in mental acuity and edge.
Getting back to the purpose of Electronic Harassment and Cyberbullying -
Some of the purposes of Directed Energy and Electronic Harassment and Cyber bullying...are to force a person out of their comfort zone. To damage a person's body and mind. Slander them. To turn one person against another. To isolate. To financially ruin. To cause sadness. To cause mental illness. To sicken the target.

Directed energy via Electronic Harassment is a severe form of violence and stalking - amazingly - it is all untraceable - all undetectable - and all a perfect form of torment.. Today - it is perfect for a criminal because it cannot be seen or proven.
Additionally - there is no current law against owning directed energy weapons and spyware. There are no laws against owning old police radar guns or any other weapons. And for these reasons and for a few more - it is the reason, criminal activity has boomed in this arena.
Besides - having a signal does not prove where it is coming from. Or what it is exactly. Again, most people try to come up with a logical explanations. Like, it is the wiring in the house. Or telephone lines above your house. The list goes on.

Let's look at how D.E.W locates a target.
To me, it seems implausible that devices like this can hunt and find someone. It sounds like science fiction. So I began to ask questions.
I wanted to know how one person could be tracked and another not? How Directed Energy Weapons could single out a person it is after? And I did some research and found some answers. As it turns out, there are a few possible different ways -
They are listed below:
One, is bio coding. a type of DNA mapping of the body. Or genetic mapping. According to the Bing dictionary here is the definition of genetic mapping. A graphic representation of a chromosomes including the position of its genes. This would probably be done by your DNA or blood work...if someone had access to it and the right equipment to read it electronically. But this is probably not the norm.
Then there are heat searches and heat sensing of your body performed through your own roof line or wall - again like a heat map of your body - this provides your body picture in heat and fields of energy to the perpetrator. Like a fingerprint - every person has a different energy or heat field. This is probably one of the most common ways to be found.
Another thing that might be happening....The stalker could be using something like a map or memory of electrical currents in your brain. Mapping your electrical signals would take place over months possibly - while tracking and monitoring you inside your home. This normally occurs in stage one.
Whatever device the organization behind stalking is using to scan you in this way - would pick up electrical activity of your brain as you go about your daily routine. Again, this would also be done through your roofline and made a record of on the perpetrator's end. This will help the mob stalker to locate you for future attacks. Probably expensive but possible.
I have read that another method is remote viewing or brain reading - by use of a Neurophone - I am not sure about remote viewing or reading of your thoughts, but this has also been discussed as a possible way for a stalker to find you. But this one may or may not be a rational idea. At least outside of the military. However, if the military is involved - then this changes the picture greatly.
You can also be located through GPS, Bluetooth, wireless, your cell phone is a biggie here - and even noise cancellation headphones. All give out heat and signals.
You can be tracked in your car when you have your cell phone with you and this Is without another person ever touching your phone, If they are able to remotely install an app into your phone through spyware or malware - they will be on board whenever you travel, and they will know your whereabouts.
This will allow your stalker or stalkers to strategically set up weaponry around or near your home without you seeing them. They will have everything done by the time you get home if they are able to detect you in this way.
These apps are KEYLOGGER and TASKER. Do not open suspicious text messages or emails.
You can also be located through your Wi-Fi signal. A good reason to disconnect at night. And an even good idea to use hardwired cable when you can. And get off the wireless.
Another way we are found and attacked is through our own organic material and our voice modulation.
Satellites are always viewing us humans on the surface of the earth. Through facial recognition - we can be found just about everywhere we go.
And I have found many articles that state that people are possibly located through microchips in their body.
There is some evidence that suggests that most of us have microchips first introduced by the smallpox vaccination in the late 50s and early 60s. The first smallpox vaccine was 1959.
If you have surgery, you have microchips...at least for many surgeries. Pacemakers. Stents in the heart. Mesh in surgery apparently has a chip to track it and see how well it does over time.
Dental implants have microchips. Root canals and other dental apparatus have a microchip. Breast implants since 2013 are micro-chipped.
Granted, your name and address are not on these chips. These chips are more of a medical record number... bar codes - monitored by Government and the medical field...however, the number does identify you..... at some point...if someone was looking for you.
And If someone is really good scientifically, has computer skills, and knows what to look for - or has access to records of medical procedures, and codes, bar codes or numbers - well, a person can eventually be located by these numbers and codes in the chip. Not a pleasant thought. But nonetheless - a reality today in our big brother world where everyone knows everything about you.
Still too, maybe the gang stalker has a microchip scanning device and can locate you that way.
There is another theory that nano chips are being dispersed by chem-trails by jets. These chips are microscopic - well, nearly - and cannot be noticed as a chip - but more a particle of dust. From what I have read - they settle on you and work into wounds and pores and other openings in the body. You even swallow them.
Anyone with a chip in them - can, in essence, be traced and tracked. Even a child.
But do gang stalkers need chips to find you?...absolutely not. As you can see by what I have just shared in this section, an organization would not need chips in the body if they are able to locate a human in other ways.
